Locate position information without confusing it with working orders.
Positions versus orders
Open positions show current exposure reported for the selected account. Working orders are instructions that may still be waiting for execution. They appear in separate areas.
Check the details
Review the contract, direction and quantity shown for each position. Account values and position information depend on the active connection.
If information is unavailable
An empty or stale view during a connection issue is not proof that positions have closed. Check with your provider when current status cannot be confirmed in EdgeX.
