EdgeX sign-in and trading credentials
Two different accounts with different purposes.

01Connection
What it does
Open the trading provider connection dialog.
How to use it
Select the provider environment and use your provider credentials.
02Account selector
What it does
Choose the account whose orders and positions are shown.
How to use it
An empty selection is not a flat-account confirmation.
03Instrument search
What it does
Choose a full contract and exchange.
How to use it
Confirm the expiry before requesting history.
04Connection status
What it does
Inspect feed and order channel state.
How to use it
Connected transport does not guarantee fresh depth for every symbol.
05Disconnect
What it does
End the provider session in EdgeX.
How to use it
Does not cancel working orders or close positions.
Your EdgeX account
Your email and EdgeX password authenticate you to the application. Signing in does not automatically connect a trading account.
Your trading connection
Use the connection dialog to enter the credentials and environment supplied for your trading account. Available environments are shown in the dialog. Do not use your EdgeX password as a substitute for trading credentials.
If access is rejected
Check the selected environment and the credentials issued by your provider. Do not send passwords or verification codes to support.
